Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of geolinks.ai and any services purchased through the website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. GeoLinks is a trading name operated from the United Kingdom.

2. Services

GeoLinks provides link building services including guest posts, niche edits, backlink campaigns, AI search optimisation, press releases, and backlink audits. The specific deliverables for each package are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to update package contents, pricing, and availability at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of order for one-off packages. Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Once payment is received, we will begin work on your order. You will be asked to provide target URLs, anchor text preferences, and any specific requirements at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery

Delivery times vary by package size and type. Typical turnaround is 5-30 working days depending on the package. We will provide progress updates by email during fulfilment.

Upon completion, you will receive a delivery report containing live URLs, site metrics, anchor text used, and link type confirmation for every placement.

5. 12-Month Link Guarantee

Every link delivered by GeoLinks is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of the delivery report. If a link is removed during this period, we will replace it with an equivalent placement at no additional cost.

The guarantee does not cover links removed due to actions taken by the client, including but not limited to: requesting link removal, disavowing the link, or the client's website being penalised or taken offline.

To claim under the guarantee, email support@geolinks.ai with the affected URL and your original delivery report reference.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

One-off packages: if work has not yet begun, we will refund your payment in full. Once work has started, no refund is available. If fewer than 50% of deliverables have been completed, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Monthly plans: you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for the current month.

7. No Ranking Guarantees

GeoLinks does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or AI citation appearances. We guarantee quality placements on vetted sites with dofollow links and 12-month longevity. Rankings and traffic are influenced by many factors beyond backlinks.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for websites that contain illegal content, promote hate speech, distribute malware, or engage in fraud. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the target website violates these standards.

You must have the authority to request backlinks to any URLs you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that link building activity complies with any agreements you have with third parties.

9. Content Ownership

Guest post content is created specifically for each placement site. The content is published on the host site and remains the property of the host site. You receive a dofollow backlink, not ownership of the article.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoLinks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
