Since 2010 · Built by operators

Built by people who've actually done it.

We have built, ranked and sold through our own ecommerce sites since 2010. Those businesses have generated millions in sales. GeoLinks applies that operator experience to other companies.

Our story

Operators first. Agency second.

GeoLinks is run by operators who have built ecommerce businesses since 2010. We have designed, launched and ranked our own websites across several niches. Those businesses have generated millions in online sales.

We have handled keyword strategy, technical SEO, content, link building and conversion work in-house. That experience helps us judge activity against search performance and commercial outcomes.

GeoLinks turns those principles into four focused programmes. We combine citable content, relevant editorial authority and measurement for companies with a clear commercial question.

The most valuable kind of SEO experience is the one most agencies can't claim: actually doing it on your own websites, with your own money on the line, year after year, watching the revenue clear seven figures.

That's the experience we're now offering to clients.

We work with established ecommerce, B2B and service businesses that depend on search. The surfaces differ, but useful evidence and credible authority remain central.

The search model

SEO didn't die. It got harder, and it grew two new layers.

Search now spans Google, AI answers and the publishers those systems retrieve. Brands need clear owned answers and credible independent support across those surfaces.

Era 01

Traditional SEO (2010–2022)

Rank on Google. Backlinks + on-page + technical health.

The job was clear: build useful pages, strengthen authority and watch commercial search performance. We ran our own retail sites through repeated ranking shifts. That operating record still informs our decisions.

Era 02

AEO and the rise of answers (2023–2024)

Search shifted from links to answers. Snippets, knowledge panels, voice.

Google started lifting answers directly out of pages instead of just linking to them. Answer Engine Optimisation became the practice of structuring content so engines could quote it. Rankings still mattered, but clear and extractable answers became more important.

Era 03

GEO and AI search (2025–2026)

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews influence discovery.

Generative Engine Optimisation means becoming eligible for citation inside AI answers. Useful content, entity clarity, relevant authority and independent corroboration all matter. No agency controls which source an AI system selects.

Era 04

Evidence-led search (2026)

Original information, clear authorship and topical coherence.

Our review uses six checks: original information, owned numbers, first-hand evidence, named authorship, topic fit and plain language. These checks improve usefulness and citation eligibility. They do not guarantee selection.

A modern SEO programme has to do all four jobs at once.

The work connects technical access, citable content, editorial authority and measurement. Each programme starts with the commercial question rather than a volume quota.

What this means for clients

Operator-grade systems. Now available to you.

Content built to be cited, not just indexed

Long-form, F-S-A-structured articles with FAQ schema, topical clusters, and citable lead sentences. Built around the queries your customers actually type and the questions AI assistants actually answer.

Links that earn AI trust, not just Google authority

Relevant editorial placements are checked for audience, traffic and context. We choose each route for the commercial topic it should support.

Entity signals across every AI surface

We track the agreed search and AI surfaces. Reporting separates citations, search visibility, relevant authority and commercial actions.

Bricks-and-mortar to enterprise e-commerce

We work with single-location shops driving local search visibility, e-commerce brands rebuilding category authority, service providers chasing AI citations, and affiliate operators farming long-tail clusters. Same discipline, calibrated to the business.

What we stand for

No-nonsense. Operator-built.

Clear commercial floor

Public work starts at £1,250. Managed programmes start at £4,000 monthly. Agency rates remain private.

12-month placement cover

Eligible editorial placements removed within 12 months receive a comparable replacement.

Quality over volume

We vet every placement for real traffic, niche relevance, and editorial standards. No link farms.

UK-based team

Based in the UK, serving UK and international businesses. Real people, not a faceless marketplace.
