Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of geolinks.ai and any engagement agreed with GeoLinks. A signed proposal, accepted scope or paid invoice forms the service agreement. GeoLinks is a trading name operated from the United Kingdom.

2. Services

GeoLinks provides citable content, editorial authority, search analysis and AI visibility services. The agreed proposal defines the deliverables, standards, timing and reporting for each engagement.

We may update public offers, pricing and capacity. Changes do not affect an agreement already signed and paid for.

3. Engagements and Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. One-off engagements are paid before work begins. Managed programmes are invoiced monthly.

Authority Growth has a three-month minimum. Category Authority Partner has a six-month minimum. Agency terms appear in the partner agreement.

Agreed production and standard editorial costs are included. Premium media fees require written approval before commitment.

4. Delivery

The Authority Blueprint normally takes two weeks. A Citable Authority Sprint normally takes six to eight weeks. Managed schedules are agreed monthly.

Reporting contains the work completed, relevant evidence and agreed placement details. Third-party publication dates can change.

5. 12-Month Placement Cover

Eligible placements are identified in the delivery report. If an eligible placement is removed within 12 months, we provide one comparable replacement at no additional cost.

Cover excludes removal caused by client actions, disavowal, an offline target site or a client-site penalty.

To claim under the cover, email support@geolinks.ai with the affected URL and delivery report reference.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

For one-off engagements, we refund payment if work has not begun. Once work starts, refunds are considered against work completed and committed external costs.

Managed programmes cannot be cancelled inside the agreed minimum term. Afterwards, cancellation follows the notice period stated in the agreement.

7. No Ranking Guarantees

GeoLinks does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases or AI citations. Publishers may use sponsored or nofollow attributes. Third-party systems remain outside our control.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for websites that contain illegal content, promote hate speech, distribute malware or engage in fraud. We may refuse or cancel an engagement if the target website violates these standards.

You must have the authority to request backlinks to any URLs you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that link building activity complies with any agreements you have with third parties.

9. Content Ownership

Content produced for the client's own site transfers as stated in the proposal. Content published by a third party remains subject to that publisher's terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoLinks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for a claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant engagement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
